Shipments & Delivery – Wholesale Shop

Production Time: Our standard production period is 4–6 weeks. Shipping time is approximately 3–7 business days after the balance payment has been received. Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as freight forwarder service conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

Shipping Methods & Costs

If you prefer shipment via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or another freight forwarder or cargo service, or wish to include shipping insurance, please contact us during the order confirmation stage.

Shipping charges will be calculated based on:

  • Destination address

  • Volume and weight

  • Package dimensions

We will provide you with the exact freight cost, as quoted by the selected forwarder, at the time of shipping confirmation. For more details, please refer to our page: “How to Order Wholesale.”

Regardless of the shipping method you choose, you will receive a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment online.

Packaging & Responsibility

We take great care in packing every item securely to ensure it arrives safely.

  • We are fully responsible for the order until it has been handed over to the freight forwarder.

  • Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, they become responsible for its delivery.

    • In case of a delay or issue, please contact the freight company immediately using the tracking number provided.

    • If the problem persists, you may also contact us — we’ll do our best to assist you in communicating with the freight forwarder.

Important Delivery Tips

To help avoid delivery issues or delays:

  1. Provide a complete and accurate address — residential, business, or home — along with a valid phone number. This allows the courier to notify you when the package arrives in your country.

  2. Avoid using PO Box addresses, as many freight forwarders do not deliver to them.

  3. Double-check your shipping address for correct spelling, numbers, and details.

    • Mistakes may result in non-delivery or return of the parcel, which we cannot be held responsible for.

  4. Inspect the package upon delivery.

    • If there is any visible external damage, record a video of the entire unboxing process, from before opening to checking the contents.

    • This will help support a damage claim with the freight company, if needed.

Additional Notes

  • We are not responsible for any taxes, return shipping fees, or charges resulting from returned packages for any reason.

  • Once the shipment arrives in your country, customs clearance, import declarations, taxes, fines, or fees are solely the responsibility of the consignee (recipient).

  • We maintain strict quality control, but in case a return is needed, please refer to our return policy and contact us promptly so we can resolve the matter. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

For any questions regarding shipping, delivery, or logistics, please feel free to contact us. We’re here to assist you every step of the way.
