2. Hygiene-Sensitive Items

For hygiene reasons, items like earrings, pierced jewelry, and other intimate or body jewelry cannot be returned. We appreciate your understanding in keeping our products safe for all customers.


3. Sale and Clearance Items

All sale, discounted, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. We hope you find great deals, but please make your selections carefully!


4. Limited Edition and One-of-a-Kind Pieces

Due to their unique nature, limited editionone-of-a-kind, and antique jewelry items are non-returnable. Each piece is special, just like you!

  • If you notice any issues or defects, contact us within 14 days of receiving the order so we can assist you promptly.


7. Return Authorization

Items returned without prior authorization will be automatically rejected and returned to the sender.


8. Returns for Non-Defective Items

For non-defective returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse, incorrect item selection), please contact us within 14 days.

  • Shipping back costs are the customer’s responsibility and should be sent using a traceable mail service in secure packaging.

  • 10% restocking fee will apply, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

  • You will also be responsible for the additional return shipping costs.
