How to Place an Order on Our Wholesale Shop

Account Requirements

  • Log in to your wholesale shop account.

  • If you don’t have a wholesale account, create one before placing an order.

  • Note: Wholesale orders require a minimum order value of $100.


1. Browse the Website

  • Use the categories at the top of the homepage to find items that interest you.

2. View Item Details

  • Click on an item’s image to open its product page.

  • Here, you’ll find important details, including:

    • Price

    • Minimum order quantity

3. Add Items to Your Cart

  • Click the “Add to Cart” button to add an item to your shopping cart.

  • You can either:

    • Continue shopping to add more items, or

    • Proceed to checkout to finalize your order.

4. Complete Your Order

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to:

    • Choose your preferred shipping method.

    • Select your payment option.

5. Submit Your Order

  • Submit your order to us.

  • You’ll receive a thank-you email confirming that we’ve received your order.


Order Processing Steps

6. Order Review and Sales Confirmation

  • We will review your order and send you a Sales Order email containing:

    • A detailed summary of your order.

    • Instructions for making a 50% deposit to confirm production.

7. Payment and Production

  • Once your 50% deposit payment is received, we’ll begin production of your order.

8. Final Invoice and Shipping

  • After production is complete, we’ll send you an invoice for the remaining balance, which includes shipping charges.

  • Once the balance payment is received, we will:

    • Ship your order.

    • Send you a shipping confirmation email with:

      • An invoice.

      • Tracking information for your shipment.
