This genuine Burmese (Myanmar) temple bell is a stunning piece of cultural heritage, crafted from solid bronze and accompanied by its original teak wood hammer. Known for its amazing, resonant sound, such bells are traditionally used in temples to announce morning alms collections by monks.

History: Purchased early 60's, its exact age prior to that remains unknown, been kept in personal collection ever since, adding a layer of historical intrigue.

Bell: Very good, with a lovely patina that highlights its age and authenticity.
