  • Processing Time: In-stock items are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via registered airmail, which includes a tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery.

  • Delivery Duration: Standard delivery for free registered airmail usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. However, please be aware that it may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal service delays, natural disasters, or pandemics.

  • Faster Shipping Options: If you prefer expedited shipping, we offer carrier services such as EMS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx for an additional cost. Shipping insurance is also available. We will provide you with a detailed subtotal that includes shipping charges based on your destination, weight, and package dimensions in your order confirmation email.

  • Multiple Items: If you order multiple items to the same address, we will consolidate them into one package. If you have specific packaging requests, please let us know in advance.

  • Tracking Your Order: Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online.

  • Packaging: We take extra care in securely packing each item to ensure it arrives safely. Our responsibility for the order delivery ends once the package is handed over to the mail service or freight forwarder.

  • If there are any delivery issues after the package is with the mail service or freight forwarder, they will be responsible. Please notify them immediately using the provided tracking number. If problems persist, feel free to contact us, and we will assist you in checking the package status with the postal service.

To Avoid Delivery Delays:

  1. Provide a Complete Address: Ensure you include a clear home, residence, or business address, along with a contact phone number. This will help the delivery service notify you upon arrival and ensure someone is present to sign for the package.

  2. Avoid PO Box Addresses: Freight forwarders typically do not deliver to PO boxes, so please use a physical address.

  3. Double-Check Your Address: Carefully verify that the delivery address is correct, without typos or mistakes. Errors can lead to non-delivery or return to sender, for which we cannot be responsible.

  4. Inspect Upon Receipt: When you receive your package, inspect it for any visible damage. We recommend recording a video during the unboxing process to document the condition of the items, as this will facilitate any claims with the mail service if needed.
