LAHU (MUSUR) MIXED SILVER DANGLE EARRINGS
Golden Triangle (Thailand–Myanmar) – Early 20th Century
Authentic pair of Lahu (Musur) tribal earrings from the Golden Triangle region, dating to the early 20th century. These vintage pieces feature a traditional round bent-wire form with a forward-facing floral element, combined with handcrafted leaf and filigree dangles.
The articulated dangling components create subtle movement and a soft ringing sound when worn—an intentional characteristic found in certain hill-tribe adornments, adding both sensory and visual presence.
Crafted in a mixed silver alloy with tested medium silver content, consistent with regional tribal silversmithing practices of the period. The surface displays a natural, even patina developed through age and use, supporting authenticity.
