Payment Methods & How to Pay
This page explains the payment step after your Sales Order has been confirmed.
No payment is requested until you approve your Sales Order.
When Do I Pay?
You only proceed with payment after:
- You receive your Sales Order
- You review and confirm all details
- We issue your Invoice with payment instructions
The Invoice is the only document that contains payment details.
Payment Methods
Bank Transfer (Recommended)
- Secure international transfer via your bank
- Payment details provided in your Invoice
- Processing time: typically 1–3 business days
Western Union (Alternative Option)
- Available if bank transfer is not accessible
- Fast international transfer option
After sending, please provide:
- MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number)
- Sender’s full name
- Exact amount sent
- Country of origin
Payment Guidelines
- Send the exact amount stated in your Invoice
- All transfer fees must be covered by the sender
- Include your order reference when making payment
- Orders are processed only after payment confirmation
Security & Verification
- We use SSL encryption to protect all communication
- We do not store or process sensitive financial data
- Each payment is matched to a confirmed Invoice
- Orders are verified manually before processing
Important
We never request payment without:
- A confirmed Sales Order
- An issued Invoice
